At Stick Em' Up, we are committed to ensuring your stickers reach you quickly, safely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping options, costs, and processes we use to deliver your orders. Please review the following details to understand how we handle shipping.
2 Processing Time
- **Order Processing**: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- **Order Confirmation**: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. An additional email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
3 Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options
Domestic Shipping (Within New Zealand)
- **Standard Shipping**: 3-7 business days
- **Overnight Shipping**: 1 business day
International Shipping
- **Standard International Shipping**: 10-20 business days
- **Expedited International Shipping**: 5-10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and any potential customs delays for international orders.
4 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $100.
- Free shipping promotions will be clearly marked on the website when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order directly through the provided link.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Stick Em' Up is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
5 Shipping Issues and Lost Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at josh@stickemup.co.nz. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- In the event of a lost package, we will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and keep you updated throughout the process. Resolutions may include replacement items or refunds.
